Ah that's right at....

Let’s get one thing straight—I’m not here to sell you anything. Sure, I’ve got some services where I exchange the energy of money and a few things for sale, but this isn’t a sales pitch. Everything I do, whether it’s my blog, my (totally raw and real) YouTube channel, or my offerings, comes straight from the heart. Most of it free and No AI-crafted fluff here—it’s just me, messy bits and all.

This is a journey to dive into of self-discovery and growth, I’d love to walk alongside you in it. With over 30 years of experience in spiritual teachings, Tai Chi, transformational coaching, public speaking, and wandering the world, I weave those threads together to create something unique—personalised coaching, soulful inspiration, and travel tales that might just ignite your own spark.

My passion is adventures and helping beautiful souls (like you!) find joy, health, and purpose in life. Whether through insightful blog posts, following me on some virtual hub, carefully crafted courses, or even memberships, everything I do is about nurturing your personal and spiritual growth with a whole lot of love and compassion.
