Beneath all the movement, there is a stillness…
A quiet place within that asks for nothing, yet gives everything.
Tai Chi is simply a doorway back to that space.
A soft unfolding of body and breath, where effort fades, and something more natural begins to move through us.
Over time, the body loosens, the mind settles, and what remains is a quiet strength… a gentle presence… a remembering of who we are beneath the noise.
(And occasionally, a graceful wobble… which is all part of the dance )
I offer Tai Chi sessions for both groups and individuals, held in a relaxed and welcoming space. No need to be flexible, experienced, or even particularly coordinated… just a willingness to arrive as you are.
From there…
we simply begin.
Walking Ancient Paths | Living the Nomadic Vanlife | Sharing the Journey
Hey there, beautiful soul! Welcome to my little corner of the virtual world, and thank you for stopping by, I’m so glad you’re here.
I’m Nam Noor. I’ve chosen a life of simplicity, living in my van, walking long-distance footpaths across Britain, and following energy lines through sacred landscapes.
Along the way, I film moments of magic, wild camping in nature, soulful reflections, and the kindness of strangers.
This is where I share my journey, through, Tai Chi, blog posts, meditations, cinematic travel films, and the occasional “Shine Your Love” sticker drop.
For you to purchase.
Including delivery
And only £2.60 for UK residents and...

An Ancient Path. A Modern Pilgrimage. A Journey of the Soul.
I recently Walked 750 Miles Across England… Chasing an Invisible Energy Line
(Yes, really. And no, I’m not entirely mad… probably.)
What started as “just a nice long walk” turned into the most profound, exhausting, hilarious, and soul-stirring adventure.
I hiked and wild camped from Christchurch in Dorset to Lindisfarne in Northumberland, roughly 750 miles of bone creaking, beauty, and ancient mystery. But I wasn’t just wandering aimlessly (though there was some of that). I was following a true north line, an ancient path said to connect Neolithic tombs, Bronze Age stone circles, and Iron Age hillforts.
Basically, if it was mossy, mysterious, and possibly haunted, I slept next to it.
Along the way, I spoke to the wind, got rained on a lot, had deep chats with sheep, and felt the energy of our ancestors humming through the land. It was both deeply spiritual and, occasionally, profoundly soggy.
And I filmed the whole blooming thing! The highs. The lows. The lessons. The laughter. The ancient places. The inner shifts.
💛 So if your soul’s craving something real, raw, beautiful, a bit muddy, and deeply moving, come join the journey.💛
